GOING TO DEE CEE!

Starting today, Friday, at 6:00 PM, I will be on a bus with a ton of other people on our way to Washington DC. The bus ride will be about 14 hours long. Luckily we will be sleeping for most of it.

Why are we going to DC? For the "March for Life"
Starting noon on Monday, we will be with around 150,000 other people, peacefully protesting against abortion.

This is a once in a lifetime chance for me, and I'm pretty exited to go.
Since I want you guys to experience the whole trip with me, I have set up something kind of cool.

This is how it works. Whenever I feel like I need to, I will write a short update/post, and upload it to Google maps. There, you can see my path of travel, and read the posts, where I sent them.
So if I'm in Indiana, and I write about the nasty Burger king food in a Burger king, then you will see the post, above a Burger king on the map.

Sadly this system doesn't work with pictures, SO, I have created a Picasa folder for all of the photos I take.

Each photo I take will have a number in its name that corresponds with the number on a post on the map, so you can know where I took it.





Since this is a work in progress, check back later and I will most likely have an update! That means, photos, map positions, little updates/posts.

Headphones, and a new blog!

Yeap, Headphones.

Does it amaze anybody else how easily they can get tangled in your pocket?

You roll it up, stick it in your pocket, wait 3 seconds, pull them out, and they are twisted, knotted and woven! Its amazing!

Now, onto the new blog: BulfenSerious (Corny, I know)

Basically, you guys expect funny ha ha from this blog, so I could never post anything BUT funny stuff. So, I created another blog for anything from funny, to not funny at all. Read more about it!

what happens when you press it, is your basically giving your approval that you like this site, or post, or what ever.

Cant Take It!

Is it just me, or did it take forever for this post to come out?
For me, it felt like a really long time. SO what we are going to start doing is:

Expect a new post next week! and the week after that, and the week after that, Etc etc.
With double the posts, hold on while we make more!

NEW POSTS EVERY other FRIDAY.

That's right! We are going to start making a new post every other Friday!

Hopefully some time in the future, we will be able to make it EVERY Friday. Right now, I'm used to writing about one a month, so making 4 more every month will be hard for me. But I think we can do it!


In other news, Rob, the blogs co-founder, is going off to seminary (AKA college) and wont be able to post anymore. So the blog is now my responsibility.

Blog Update

Our blog is coming along nicely!
We have almost hit our 1000 hit quota! In fact. (As of when I posted this) we only need 20 more hits! Then we will have to have some sort of celebration!

Still alive.

Yes, we are still alive. And brewing another long blog post. This one will bring on many other blog posts. So get ready for more frequent posts! What happens is we procrastinate for a long time, then panic, then start writing a post, then make one of these emergency WE LIVE posts.

But hey, good posts come out of those panics. So stay tuned, because we actually have a post, that will be up really soon!

Sorry about that long delay in posting, Rob and I have been really busy lately.
We've been trying to think of a post, with no luck, plus, our emergency blog post list, is outta juice.
We are going to try and have more posts that are smaller, rather than less posts, that are bigger.

Okay, people. (I really hope I'm actually talking to people. I mean, we really don't have any regular readers. I'm going to look like a moron if and when no one reads this. Of course, if no one reads it, I'll be the only one to know I look like a moron. So I guess it's okay.) We're back. It's probably a bad omen that after three posts, we've already had one of those enormous gaps in posting where the readers (if we had any) start freaking out, wondering if we died or something. It can get ugly. All it takes is one obsessive reader to incite some panic in the other regulars. All of a sudden there are riots, flipped cars, Molotov cocktails… Anything can happen when a prominent blog goes silent!
Luckily for us, we're not a prominent blog, so we don't have to worry about any property damages in our name.
I guess the lesson we've learned is we must be ever vigilant for the slightest hint of a bloggable moment.
